CELEBRATING SCOTLAND was our festival theme for 2025! We put a Caledonian spin on some popular WILDHOOD activities AND brought you brand new, awfy braw experiences, too!

• follow in the footsteps of the our full pipe band

• fling on your favourite kilt and gather your clan for our WILDHOOD Parade

• get lost in the wonder of a Witches Maze

• find yourself (and maybe a few surprising wee beasties!) in the ancient forest

• run away with the circus

• whittle time away with bushcraft play

• put your free-spirited twist on tartan and tweed

• and join the brave-hearted bairns playing our Highland Games

• unleash your inner warrior (pose) with yoga sessions

• let the DJ's drum beat move your feet

• spark new friendships by the fire

• do some birlin’ to our live bands or have a go at the Highland Fling

• hear spellbinding stories in the whispering trees

• uncover the secrets of our Scottish heritage in every nook and crannie

• head off on a Haggis Hunt

• help create a WILDHOOD Tartan collection

• search for Scotland’s most famous mythical creature in the moat

• gather for our ‘coorie inn' ceilidh on the 17th century castle lawn! 

• Oh and when tummies rumble, find tantalising street-food feasts

  - including Scottish-inspired classics - in our WILDHOOD Kitchen! 

• Or BYO and pull up a picnic blanket on the castle lawn!
